Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Supply Chain Manager with at least 8-10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating the process and best practice systems for S& OP throughout the company. This position will work with Marketing & Sales departments, with purchasing, production, supply chain, and finance. This role needs to balance medium to long-term demand and supply. • Lead the S & OP cycle, coordinate and strategize inventory positioning and inventory levels.
• Strong Analytical skills required
• Maintain open communication with the corporate office.
• Create supply chain parameters to ensure excellence in customer service.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead the supply chain team and Identify room for improvement.
• Maintain alignment with company strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related fields required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards and visibility into the S & OP process and consolidate demand scenarios.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in S & OP in large companies is a must.
• Manage through indicators, heavily data-driven.
• Strategic vision and results-driven.
• Escalate issues and resolve imbalances and report to Global S & OP.
• Excellent negotiation and influential skills
