Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager

Our Opportunity

Chewy is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager on its Inventory Optimization team to establish large scale Supply Chain programs dedicated towards driving optimal inventory health. We are looking for a single threaded owner who will partner with senior leaders across multiple verticals to identify opportunities with the inventory health space and lead strategic initiatives. This individual will have the opportunity to lead new programs from inception. A successful candidate for this role has a passion for solving complex problems, ability to influence senior leaders, has proven results in delivering scalable cross functional programs and mechanisms, and thrives on providing thought leadership in a new space. The position requires an individual who is confident operating and problem solving independently while also demonstrating collaboration and resolving conflicting priorities.

What You Will Do

• Establish mechanisms and tools which improve transparency and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Build consensus across multiple organizations, managing conflicting priorities, and driving cross functional alignment.
• Coordinate with Data Science and Analytics teams to drive analysis and direction for Inventory Health programs.
• Own regular business reviews with leadership.
• Develop roadmaps for new programs which will define and drive optimal inventory health across Supply Chain, Operations, and Merchandising teams.
• Create and manage key metrics for programs and be accountable for delivering against established goals.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of Supply Chain or Merchandising experience.
• Proficient and proven experience with SQL required; Tableau preferred.
• This role may require travel.
• Motivated self-starter finding new opportunities for improvement and assuming ownership.
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Business Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and solve complex problems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookup, Macros, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.)
