Program Manager - Mdm & Analytics (Remote In Pst)

We are looking for an experienced Agile Program Manager to orchestrate project resources and activities in the end-to-end execution and delivery of MDM and Analytics projects.

Requirements (MDM & Analytics):

• Must have 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in theData and Analytics domain.
• Project Management experience with development andPMO practices in Agile is required
• Must have prior experience of managingReltio/MDM technologies
• Must have 8+ years of experience in program/project management experience with proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
• Must have strong technical experience inmanaging data-related projects including MDM

Agile Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian and other project management tooling (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, Smartsheets)
• Experienced scrum master managing multiple scrums teams applying scrum principles and best practices.
• SAFe certified, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• Experience managing distributed team both onshore and offshore including Vendor teams
• Provide accurate, timely and transparent project updates to all appropriate levels of management
• Manage and maintain centralized project document repository
• Execute project communications and reporting
• Proven problem solver with the strong interpersonal skills to influence, maintain positive relationships, and collaborate with people at all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver messages across a broad range of audiences
• Ensure all deliverables and commitments are compliant with relevant standards, processes, and methodology
• Prepare for and ensure projects pass applicable stage gate reviews
• Track and provide product or program dashboard and metrics
• Highly organized, great attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through, prioritizing across multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting demands
• Experience with cloud technologies strongly – AWS, GCP
• Expertise with collaboration tools (G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Confluence) strongly preferred
• Proactively manage risk, issues and dependencies, executing risk mitigation and taking corrective measures

The work would be remote but you should be based in Pacific Time or willing to work in Pacific Time.

The interview process will include 2-3 rounds of interview over Zoom.
