We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Sourcer who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignment and industries. This role is hourly, part-time, and assignment based. The ideal work schedules are determined specific to each of our clients and will be reviewed during the interview process.

What you'll do:

• Implement diversity recruitment strategies and stays educated on market conditions and trends
• Potential to work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings and help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection process
• Responsible for tactical and strategic sourcing to identify and attract diverse candidates
• Maintain a high level of client retention and satisfaction
• Constantly access our candidate experience and identify areas of improvement
• Primary interface with potential applicants and works as the liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Partner with talent acquisition members to develop and execute new sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking is up to date

What we're looking for:

• Someone located in PST/MST time zones.
• Passionate about collaborating with a team of professionals who are encouraging, driven to meet deadlines, and committed to quality.
• Excellent customer service delivery and white glove treatment to both candidates and clients.
• Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings creative solutions to the table.
• Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing.
• Must possess the excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
• Someone who is truly interested in a flex and project-based role that allows employees to pick up different assignments as they become available.

What's required:

• Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times.
• Experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience. Preferred experience within the skilled trades industry.

• Hourly rate between $18-$32hr based on qualifications and experience*

*The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range is between $18-$32 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, extent of expected customer contact, the PeopleScout customer to whom a candidate is assigned, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
