iTalent Digital is seeking a Quality/Content Analyst to join our technology practice group. This engagement will be REMOTE and offers the right individual an opportunity to cultivate your skills and expertise in being a core member within the Privacy team of a cutting edge leader in the online social media and social networking space. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated self-starter, phenomenal communicator, meticulous and analytical.

The ideal candidate will leverage their organizational & analytical skills to support with Privacy requests and projects. In addition, other key responsibilities will be to provide quality & operational support to address key stakeholder needs spanning:

• Data Analysis and Metrics Development
• Ensuring artifacts & workflow adhere to guidance & standards
• Reviewing Request & Audit Evidence
• Reviewing Artifacts, Legal Contracts, and Documentation

The ability to effectively influence & support cross-functional teams in an evolving and often ambiguous environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Work with delivery team to develop & deliver on new content requests
• Coordination, documentation, and updating respective templates, tools and systems.
• Request triage, request review, analysis, delivery and communication feedback loop
• Support request spanning subject areas related to reporting, audit/investigation, and operational requests across privacy stakeholders
• Collaborate with quality analysts to support regular reporting/operational needs
• Support with asset development, review, and support requests spanning meeting, action plans, change management, information requests, sample evidence, asset population.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders & team members to provide support on QA/content review activities spanning
• Drive team validation of deliverables in alignment with acceptance criteria. Obtain cross-functional stakeholder sign-off of deliverables.
• Categorization, prioritization and eligibility review of requests based on stakeholder input.
• Provide root cause analysis to understand issues and gaps. Research & devise solutions to address issues in the near-term while considering how such issues can be prevented and resolved in the long-term
• Work with key stakeholders including privacy, product and others to understand QA & content requirements

Required qualifications and skills

• Highly responsive & adept at queue management with flexible hours - may require later PST hours
• Operations/Managed Service Support Experience
• G-suite tools , Reporting Tools (Excel, macros, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams at a time with high attention to detail
• Detail-oriented execution style
• High-tech/Large Enterprise/Digital Marketing Company
• Quality/Content Analyst Experience (3+ years)
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team & multiple stakeholders
• Know how to create, build & maintain playbooks with current guidance & ensure that it is enforced across program
• Fast learner and self-starter
• Understanding of the holistic program and ability to identify challenges/issues & opportunities for improvement
• Technical Writing / Contracts (process, documentation, content analysis)
• Receptive to open feedback
• Develop/understand metrics required to provide data for analysis and ideally someone in the team that can build the metrics
• High attention to detail & willing to work on repetitive, operational tasks
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
