Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for overall delivery and realization of the practice management operating system. The Program Manager will d emonstrate value realization of the practice management operating system by providing tangible results, monitoring risks to delivery and resolves issues.


This position can locate anywhere in the United States and work remotely. Corporate offices are in Tempe, AZ.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop and iterate on the appropriate engagement model to drive execution
  • Best practice sharing development and deployment across the operations organizations
  • Coordinate activities within the operations vertical to achieve entity goals
  • Establish program management processes within the program in alignment with portfolio management processes
  • Structuring and performing analyses with executive readouts and conclusions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
  • Maintaining and modifying meeting cadence with both internal and external stakeholders to appropriately meet operations goals
  • Create Standardized Materials to support the practice management operating system
  • Responsible for ensuring the meeting of milestones and deadlines
  • Maintain a wareness and oversight of strategic planning process driven by data


Functional and Technical Competencies


  • Strategic project leadership
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Command of all Microsoft office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to translate information through engagement with other leaders into cohesive problem statements with corresponding analysis and collection of data


Education/Training and Certification, Licensure, Registration Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required


Experience


  • Experience managing and coordinating operations for practice management in a health care setting is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care management or health care consulting


Environment and/or Physical Factors


  • Extensive telephone and computer usage.
  • Time off restricted during peak periods.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying of objects.
  • Use of computer mouse requires repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Requires full range of body motion including manual finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.

This role has a salary range of $85,596 - $109,135 a nd regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
