Job Description

Enveda is looking for a Program Manager, Clinical Development to join our team remotely!


The contribution you will make:

We are looking for a Program Manager who will provide support to the assigned programs and ensure key clinical development milestones are met.

As a member of the Program Management Clinical Development team, you will report to the Chief of Staff.


You will be responsible for:

  • Building program plans and tracking deliverables, and program milestones
  • Contribute to strategic portfolio reviews and coordinate team preparation in collaboration with the Program Leader for senior leadership review meetings
  • Managing program resources and assisting with program budget management
  • Setting up program folders and maintaining documentation; updating progress status reports
  • Supporting the Program Leader in program planning, risk mitigation planning, coordination of decision-making and administrative tasks for assigned programs
  • Partnering with functional and team leaders to provide strategic and operational support for assigned programs
  • Contribute to and/or lead diverse initiatives to improve Enveda’s portfolio-wide operations, planning and execution
  • Facilitating program team meetings and taking detailed meeting minutes


Who will thrive in this role?

  • Understanding of the end-to-end drug development process and working knowledge of the essential activities for all key functional areas (preferred in various therapeutic areas)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical issues, determine causes and offer solutions

  • Demonstrated history of working cross-functionally and driving decision-making processes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of program management
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industries or academic settings
