About Us:
Preventive Cardio-Oncology LLC is collaborating with sister companies My Heart Spark P.C., and My Heart Risk to launch a new clinical practice and program. The includes an initiative that provides clients with a direct-to-consumer service online, allowing clients to enter their information through a portal form and immediately receive results on their predicted risk for heart problems as early breath cancer survivors. Health professionals will walk the clients through the process and answer questions regarding the risk assessment tool and the associated self-guided education platform that clients can use on their own to learn more about heart problems and cancer survivors. Health professionals will be serving as a guide for the clients in this process. Health professionals will also care for patients in clinical practice with medical counseling. The purpose of this new clinical program is to promote heart healthy habits to prevent heart disease especially after cancer diagnosis, and maintenance of a healthy heart in cancer survivors along life’s journey.

Position Description:
This is a completely remote independent contractor position coordinating our clinical program. The individual in this role will assist in the development of clinical ptogtam protocols, ranging from overseeing the informed consent and data collection process to compiling simple progress reports, as well as communicating with patients and managing our companies’ collaborations.
Schedule:
Flexible - Weekdays, evenings, weekends available
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a 1099 contractor supplemental role as we launch our startup companies.
