We are looking for a Product Lead to join our Product department to lead and deliver accessiBe’s products and features, end-to-end from the initial concept, understanding the customer needs, defining the user experience, and working on the technical design aspects. The ideal candidate would be a problem solver who easily simplifies and articulates complex challenges into a clear roadmap.

What you will do:
- Conduct product discovery to understand the competitive landscape
- Lead and mentor other PMs in the department
- Be highly involved in the entire product life cycle, from initiatives via feature assessment to launch
- Outbound communication with customers, users, and community
- Own the product, define features, compile user stories, and make sure the requirements are R&D crystal clear
- Work closely with internal departments (design, marketing, support, finance, sales departments) and connect them to R&D

Requirements:
- University undergraduate (B.Sc.); MBA graduate - Advantage
- 4 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a SaaS company
- Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment
- Passionate about UX and building great user journeys
- Solid familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, git, CI/CD, and testing tools/frameworks
- Identifies with the vision, mission, and values of the company
- Highly familiar with Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Excellent analytical capabilities (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- High level of English
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Developer from a SaaS company - Must
