Product Manager - Saas Energy

Growe GreenTech, a division of Growe Global is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join an international SaaS based company that specialise in software platforms for energy customer, market and asset management with clients across North America, Europe and Asia.

The Product Manager will be responsible for leading our product strategy, defining and prioritizing product features, and driving the product roadmap to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that our product vision aligns with our business goals and customer needs.

You will have a deep understanding of the energy industry and the competitive landscape, and will use this knowledge to identify market trends and opportunities for innovation. You will also be responsible for managing the product development process, from ideation to launch, and for ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality, usability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product requirements and specifications, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize product features and ensure timely delivery of product releases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust product strategy accordingly
• Act as a Product Owner for key components of the platform, you will be responsible for the overall business and technical success of the product
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and project management principles
• Experience of the Energy or Utilities industry
• Strong technical background to facilitate cross discipline conversations with technical and non technical teams
• 5+ experience in product management, delivering industry-leading software solutions in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience of Cloud technologies & Cloud service provision, Software-As-A-Service models & product delivery in a Managed Service, SaaS or Cloud environment.
