Product Manager - Healthtech Co

We are hiring a Product Manager to join a Series A Healthtech company that helps seniors get physically, mentally, and socially active. Through their Medicare Advantage benefits platform, they are able to connect members with thousands of different clubs based on their interests.
The Product Manager will be supporting the Chief Product Officer by leading the development and execution of the product roadmap. You'll be working closely with the Engineering and Design Leads day to day and will be helping establish best practices when it comes to implementing product processes. You'll be the 2nd Product hire for the team.
This role would suit someone who predominantly enjoys working on the execution side of Product Management, has an eye for UX and UI principles as well as builds complex SaaS products.
Key skills and experience required:
Experienced Product Manager and leader who has a track record of launching successful products to market (ideally 5-10 years experience as a PM).Worked with cross-functional teams and is comfortable working with Engineering and Marketing teams.Experience of taking products from 0-1Extensive experience in building complex SaaS products (ideally B2B2C, but not essential).Enjoys working in a start-up environment.Capable of leading and executing the full Product Management lifecycle.Previous experience working in the HealthTech industry.Experience in working with Medicare benefits/solutions is advantageous but not essential.
The majority of the team is located in PST and MT. They offer fully remote working so you can be located anywhere across those time zones.
The salary for this role is circa $130k-$150k with equity.
