About the Team:
The Enterprise Product team is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of PICO global enterprise service products. The team drives feature releases and version updates to support enterprise use case developments and implementations.
What You Will Do:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, establish consensus across teams within and outside the company, manage demand expectations, and determine product priorities.
• Good cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills, experience in multi-person collaboration industries such as education/training is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience as a software product manager, preferably with experience in enterprise products.
• Excellent demand management and product planning skills, able to produce high-quality prototypes and requirement documents, and effectively coordinate and promote implementation with the development team.
• Expand PICO's enterprise product lines, implement them in different industries, incubate use cases, and explore XR innovation fields.
• Responsible for the planning, design, iterative optimization, project delivery, and promotion of PICO's enterprise software products.
• XR product planning and design experience is preferred.
• Define and track critical KPIs, accurately obtain developers' or users' real feedback on the product.
• Good logical thinking and analytical skills, strong learning and execution abilities, proactive and capable of independent thinking and summarization.
