Job Summary:


Product Director - RedShelf Manager is a management-level product leadership position that provides a great opportunity for individuals who are seeking to have a meaningful impact on a growth-stage company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for RedShelf Manager, the core product for our Campus customers and the catalyst for RedShelf’s growth. As product leader you will be responsible for managing and developing a a team of Product Managers while leading cross-functional collaboration and execution with your peers in Design and Engineering. The Director of Product will play a large role in knowing and serving our campus customers to maximize the value produced by our core product offering and ensuring our product team executes at a high-level. This is a hybrid position- 40% onsite - Tuesdays & Thursdays.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Work to identify areas to partner with peers to create unified user experiences that solve important customer problems with flawless execution.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and propose and complete improvements to measuring outcomes.
  • Execute on the end-to-end launch of product features
  • Help support go-to-market project plans
  • Own various aspects of the product development lifecycle, including gathering and distilling product feature needs/requirements into Epics, Features & Stories for timely and consistent estimation.
  • Mentoring, leading, and leveling up your direct reports
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of RedShelf's overall and department-specific goals to identify and execute on key company initiatives
  • Provide impactful contributions to how the Product Leadership Team operates and help shape the priorities of the Product function.


Requirements:


  • Clear and effective written communication that leads to fast decision making.
  • Natural leadership. You know how to influence people to get things done across any job function.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders with data.
  • Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources.
  • 3+ years of of people management experience, specifically mentoring and leading product managers and/or product designers
  • 10+ years of B2B product management experience working on an enterprise platform
  • A seasoned strategist, analyst, and customer-oriented product leader that can synthesize customer input, market input and technical understanding to create unfair advantage for our products
  • Experience synthesizing and presenting complex information to senior leadership in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and be flexible/nimble.
  • Experience driving complex projects or programs with competing stakeholders.
