Finance Manager Jobs

As a Finance Manager at MIE Group LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability. Your role will involve managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management. You will play a key role in driving financial strategy, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams and assist in financial decision-making processes.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in finance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and proper resource allocation.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and optimizing working capital.

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional finance certification (e.g., CFA, CMA) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the exhibition industry or related B2B sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
