Job Description

Our client is seeking a Product Manager, 121-130k


Hybrid in Greater St. Louis, MO

Full health benefits, 6% 401k match

The candidate will continue to grow the clients' components business, working with cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap, penetrate new markets, attract new customers, manage product launches, etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make/Buy analysis, closely working with PBL team on outsourcing strategy & execution
  • Own product line P&L, driving product revenue, NPS & gross margin
  • Product portfolio management (develop & implement product rationalization projects)
  • Market sensing and competition benchmarking
  • Develop product roadmap for the target market segments and focused applications.
  • Monitor in Salesforce, track and support key projects & drive conversion (w/ sales & R&D/engineering)
  • Provide product training for sales, channel & customers
  • Define Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies (Channel/Pricing), drive NPD & deliver for product launches collaterals
  • 30% travel
  • Provide mid-long term forecasting (part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process))


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong skills in negotiation & influence management
  • 5 yrs experience: electronic/industrial applications relevant to the Interconnect Solutions’ customer base
  • Knowledge & understanding of global business practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships (Sales/FAEs, business leaders, engineering, finance, customer service, supply chain & operations)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, demand planning processes, sales reporting
  • 5 yrs experience: product line management, business development/marketing roles
