The Finance Manager for the Lifecycle Solutions & Technologies (LST) business provides full financial support to both the Honeywell Separation & Purification Solutions (HSP) line of business within Honeywell UOP. This role has primary accountability for managing, reporting, and ensuring the financial accuracy of actuals, budgets, forecasts, source expenses and variance analysis. This position is viewed as the CFO/COO of this business.
Key Responsibilities

• Promote best practices in supply chain, commercial, legal and IT for financial optimization throughout the lines of business.
• Optimize the financial performance and provide stewardship of any profit improvement plan.
• Complete special and ad-hoc analysis as requested to support the businesses
• Provide financial assistance on any acquisition or growth-related activities; management reporting/SAP enhancements
• Provide financial ownership and support in the AOP and Strategic Planning processes
• Drive continuous improvements of the finance team to allow faster response and a deeper level of analysis
• Be a strategic finance partner and advise leadership on opportunities/risks that impact financial performance of the business
• Interface with UOP controller and staff to ensure proper controls and compliance with GAAP
• Lead month-end close and forecasting processes
• Proactively look for opportunities to reduce working capital

You Must Have

• 7+ years finance and accounting experience

• Strong verbal and written communications skills, able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and SAP systems
• MBA or CPA preferred
• BS in Finance or Accounting
• Exposure to finance transformation initiatives
• Bias for action, results oriented, strong process improvement mindset (change agent)
• FP&A, P&L experience within a business.
• Success in managing through influence and persuasion in a highly matrixed structure
