Position Summary

This Business Unit Finance Manager will be the lead for key growth-related activities including Innovation /Renovation- Capital Expenditures- Productivity- and Mix-Driving Projects. This person will gain increased visibility by leveraging cross functional partners (Revenue Management- Sales- Marketing- Supply Chain) to enable senior leadership to efficiently make comprehensive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ad hoc projects as needed
• Drive ROI mindset across investments
• Develop Category/Brand/SKU profitability analysis to identify potential opportunities
• Translate relevant market insights into action to accelerate share gains across the portfolio
• Drive continuous improvement in the ways we work
• Partner with cross functional teams on Capex IRR modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- Finance- or related field- MBA preferred
• Systems/financial tools agility (SAP- Excel- Hyperion- PowerPoint); Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills
• Proactive and self-directed learner eager to acquire new knowledge at a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in CPG preferred
• High-energy- humble- approachable- team player
• Open to change and evolving responsibilities
• Comfortable with complex analytical and financial modeling; experience with very large data sets for financial modelling (P&L)- combining different business units and reconciliations of drivers Accountability in a fast-paced matrix structure
• 3+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience required
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners and drive cross-functional actions while effectively communicating complex information

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
