Tyson Foods is hiring for a highly-motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Analyst that will facilitate process workflow modeling to drive process improvement and automation. Primary focus is on RPA process automation, standardization/optimization of digital workers, collaboration with partners internal/external, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Do you have the skills?

Looking for an experienced technologist that has the right "Attitude & Aptitude" to learn and make an impact working on cloud-based platforms such as SaaS, AWS, GCP based solutions with a passion towards intelligent process design and automation enabled by modern programming languages. Ideal candidate has experience facilitating the review of "as-is" processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and developing a Process Design Document of the "to-be" utilizing RPA technology.

Requirements:

• Ability to think outside of the box with a continuous improvement mindset to drive innovation and bring new ideas to the table
• Experience working on Continuous Improvement / Lean projects
• Experience with process mapping tools such MS Visio, Lucidchart, Mural, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions in business terms
• Ability to collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities that drive operational efficiencies, and document process requirements.
• Experience using RPA tools (Blue Prism preferred)
• Minimum of 3+ years of Process Automation Analysis/Design experience with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using agile methodologies

Other Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent degree in a related field.
• Communication Skills: Applicant should be able to communicate effectively with internal customers, leadership, and peers.
• Travel: Minimal travel requirements.
• Location: Springdale, AR
