  • Organize and maintain all relevant documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference.
  • Create new process documentation that combines the best practices from the acquired company and our organization, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Review and analyze the process documentation from both entities to identify similarities, differences, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to software development and product management processes.
  • Collaborate with R&D managers and other stakeholders to understand the existing software and product development processes of both the acquired company and our organization.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and its various stages.
  • Proficient in creating and managing comprehensive process documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle a large volume of documentation effectively.
  • Experience in process improvement specifically for software development, including the associated documentation.

Additional desired skills:

  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience working in the medical industry, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Six Sigma certification or experience in applying Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
