Our client is looking to fill a position for a AV Technician in Washington DC Metro area.

Role will support the daily operations of the audiovisual team in Client's internal office locations based on Client's IT AV standards. This role is responsible for supporting infrastructure operations for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. The candidate should have familiarity with audiovisual equipment, inventory management and data entry skills. AV Technician will have the following key responsibilities:

• Support the AV team with various projects during core business hours
• Sort, label, and organize equipment in inventory
• Maintenance of equipment in storage and regularly update the inventory database
• Manage AV equipment shipping and receiving, inventory, asset management, and disposal
• Coordinate the disposal and pick up for faulty audiovisual equipment
• Perform asset management responsibilities for audio visual equipment, including additions and changes, as needed"

Skills Required

• 2 year(s) Inventory Management
• 2 year(s) of experience in AV technologies
• US Citizenship
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams

On-site/DC metro area - travel between local Metro DC sites and remote sites will be required.

Travel to remote site outside of the metro DC area may be required."
