An exceptional opportunity awaits a visionary President to lead our global dental client's US division through an exciting period of transformation and organisational growth. This role provides the chance to make a significant impact by guiding the business towards becoming a leading player and solutions provider in the dental industry. The client is seeking a proven leader with a track record of successfully growing business units/regions, a hands-on approach, and an unwavering attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship skills, enabling them to engage with customers effectively. Candidates with a financial/sales/marketing background who can inspire, and lead teams are highly preferred.

Desired Background:

• Experience in the dental market or Medical devices sectors

• Comprehensive understanding of the operational dynamics of doctors and / or dental labs.

• Proven P&L experience and a track record of achieving exceptional sales growth.

•Must have prior experience in running a region, ideally including Finance, Marketing & Commercial Operations

Responsibilities:

As the President, the chosen candidate will establish targets for the region and collaborate closely with Sales representatives to achieve them. This person will be responsible for the US arm of the global business.
