Summary
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Post Sales Support Coordinator will be a highly motivated and experienced professional who will enhance the quality of the Dyson Repair Experience. This will be a self-directed individual, with a clear vision of a service culture, and the ability to execute. This person will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination level support to our Repair Experience team as it relates to Dyson Service Centers, Independent Repair Centers, Refunds and all other post-sales journeys. This role is remote but may require some travel to Dyson offices or Dyson Service Centers.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES:
Team Coordination
- Support Sales & Support Operations Manager and Director of Repair Experience with presentation, preparation and data collection
- Support leadership with ad-hoc coordinator support including but not limited to team meeting planning and scheduling
- Support compilation, organization, and creation of dashboards
- Centralize intake and compile reporting from the service and support teams
- Support relationship and program management with third party vendors
- Coordinate with Project Management and Training teams to provide data and subject matter expertise
- Organize and provide communication around Repair Experience team budgets, travel and events/calendars
Drive Improvements and Execution
- Support the team with tactical duties as needed, including but not limited to administration of refund support, third party claims support and carrier relationship support
- Provide support to Sales & Support Operations Manager with Social Media account management
- Propose action plans to drive improvements with analysis of processes and transactions
- Provide excellent support to all collaborators
Fulfill other duties as required
- Assist Sales & Support Operations Manager and Director of Repair Experience with various tasks as needed
- Assist with data compilation and presentation
- Constantly seek improvement opportunities involving documentation and communication for the service and support teams.
- Relish the opportunities to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of this role.
- Provide support to cross functional teams
- Balance multiple competing priorities
- In office meeting coordination
QUALIFICATIONS

Competencies/Behaviors
- Two to five years of Administrative/Support experience required, preferably in a Customer Service environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime if needed
- High level of computer literacy including intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office, SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity.
- High level of customer service orientation required—a desire to help or serve others, to identify and meet their needs
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- A meticulous approach to planning and organizing including a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent organizational ability.
- Self-motivator with strong ability of decision ownership.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels of a business
- Ability to work under moderate amount of deadline pressure.
- Analytical ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
