As will be part of the senior leadership team and report to the Plant Manager. You will mentor and manage one direct report and be responsible for project contractors and project teams. Responsibilities:

• Develop a 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
• Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
• Resource multi-million dollar Capital Projects together with Corporate Engineering.
• Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design – think creatively and proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects.
• Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.
• Engineering Degree or related degree.
• 8+ years of Plant Engineering or Project Management experience required.
• Must have relevant experience in engineering / manufacturing e.g., in Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical/petroleum/automotive/commercial construction.
• Continuous Improvement experience required.
