We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager, DevOps, who will lead and support our DevOps team responsible for managing infrastructure and operations on both AWS and Azure cloud platforms. As an integral part of our technical leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud-based systems to support our mission-critical healthcare applications and services.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud cost optimization tools and experience navigating cost reduction best practices
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS is required; exposure/willingness to work with Azure and Azure DevOps necessary.
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices in healthcare environments (HIPAA, HiTrust, SOC2)
• 3-5 years experience contributing to a DevOps team plus2-3 years technical leadership or managing a DevOps team.
• Experience managing disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability applications in a highly regulated environment.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with Information Security team to maintain best security and compliance practices.
• Lead Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity events as dictated by Information Security team to ensure high availability of cloud infrastructure
• Lead migration and separation of cloud services from legacy organizations into current organization structure.
• Accountable for monitoring and alerting for high availability web applications including leading incident response teams and retrospectives.
• Lead and contribute to team maintaining and developing cloud environments in both AWS and Azure across multiple engineering teams.
