We’re looking for a Planner/Scheduler (Construction) to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne office. To provide technical support by developing, maintaining, and reporting on project programs using Deltek.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prompt and accurate information to the Design Manager to facilitate the project / program trend information.
• Develop and maintain all project schedules and coordinate schedules with the client.
• Prepare OFES and APOs to meet client schedule in coordination with the Design Manager.
• Develop and maintain all manpower loading for projects in Deltek.
• Report project schedule status in staff meetings.
• Maintain project Closeout Tracker on real-time basis.
• Coordinate all QPs, including setting up folders, assigning to the team, and distribution to the client.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Experience with construction planner/scheduling is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience of working as a Project Planner/Scheduler
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with takt planning is desired.
