What you will contribute:

● Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR operational plans to enable theexecution of those plans.

● Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across the company tofacilitate continuous improvement.

● Establish personal and departmental credibility throughout the organization and be aneffective listener and problem solver of people issues

● Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employmentlaws and regulations, and recommended best practices

● Using our company values and philosophies, provide leadership, direction, and coachingthat enables leaders to make sound decisions and promote employee engagement andpositive employee relations

● Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, promotions, jobchanges, leaves of absence, relocations, immigration/visas, off-boarding and exit process

● Assist with addressing talent gaps including overseeing external recruitment and planning

● Enhance, develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to improve theoverall effectiveness of the organization.

● Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resources,and talent management; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice,and resources to upper management.

● Oversee the health and benefits programs to balance dual goals of cost containment whileproviding motivation and rewards for our high-performance organization

● Manage compensation process to ensure market parity

● Ensure the department is periodically audited for compliance and that all HR processes arewell-documented and maintained.


What you bring:

● Seven (7) years of experience serving in a management role in human resources; or ten(10) years of experience in HR; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

● Thorough knowledge of human resources management

● Knowledge & understanding of employment laws and other governmental complianceregulations

● Strong business acumen

● Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization;confident public speaker

● The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

● Curious and consultative

● Ability to successfully address the needs of multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

● Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, andemotional issues

● Strong written and communication skills; excellent facilitator who is experienced in fosteringconsensus and resolving conflicts

● Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

● SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Compensation and Benefits

We offer strongly competitive salaries and real bonuses that are achievable and that you can impact. Base Compensation$110,000 - 135,000


In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Yes Energy’s reasonable estimate of thebase compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based onnon-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
