People Operations Coordinator At Growing Ai Startup

Bloom Talent is partnering with an AI startup in San Francisco making big waves and experiencing hyper-growth looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join their awesome team. This role will focus on immigration and global workforce needs and policies mainly relating to the US and UK immigration systems. You will report into the Head of People Ops and be relied on to pitch in where needed, help research policies, organize related documents, and track the status of applications etc. The ideal candidate has a few years of experience in a similar role, a positive, proactive attitude and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and hit deadlines. You are also incredibly organized, can keep track of numerous moving threads at once, and don’t shy away from challenges. Responsibilities

• Explore new and expanded benefits options for employees that are maximally inclusive.
• Provide coordination support for the People Operations team, with a focus on immigration and global workforce needs.
• Build internal systems that allow for a fantastic employee experience, whether through integrating new tools or designing new processes yourself.
• Partner with the immigration firm to ensure they hire the top talent in the field from every corner of the world.

• You love project management and balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• You have a strong eye for detail.
• You have 2-3+ years of coordinator experience.
• You are flexible, adaptive, and excited to take on new challenges.
