Director, Startup Operations - Contract (Innovation Center)

LG Electronics recently established North America Innovation Center (“LG NOVA”) in Santa Clara, California, USA., with an ambitious vision to become the nerve center of global innovation. Aiming to create the future of LG with the focus on disruptive and exponential growth, LG NOVA works with global corporations, startups, governments, and technology stakeholders to create new businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and develop a broad ecosystem using the process of “outside-in” innovation.

LG’s Innovation Center in Santa Clara is looking for an Operations Consultant who can bring their past experience working with early-stage startup’s to provide their expertise to help NOVA’s startup’s in areas such as:

• Drive the search for HR and Payroll outsourcing services
• Scouting and setting up an office location
• Make recommendations for IT vendor’s and legal representation

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with early-stage startup companies, establishing the infrastructure from the ground up.

Please note: this is a contract position with LG. The expectation is around 6 months depending on the need of the business, this could be extended longer.
