How You’ll Make an Impact as a P&C Resource Center Consultant

As an advisory resource for ManpowerGroup employees and leaders, the People and Culture Resource Center Consultant is responsible for coaching and facilitating effective issue resolution on diverse and complex employee relations issues.

• Consult with leaders across the organization to resolve a wide variety of complex employee relations issues (e.g., performance management, investigations, accommodations, wage and hour) consistent with ManpowerGroup culture, policies and procedures;

• Make recommendations and ensure accuracy of documentation and reporting;

• Research, prepare and deliver resource guides and webinars to proactively educate stakeholders on organizational practices, employment law topics and trends;

• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve the Resource Center and ManpowerGroup's business effectiveness;

• Support strategic People and Culture priorities and projects as assigned.

• Deliver efficient and effective service in resolving ManpowerGroup employee, associate and contractor concerns;

• Proactively consult and communicate to minimize disruption to business and reduce impact to overall delivery and client satisfaction.

• Stay abreast of work of work trends, adapt to changes in legal or regulatory environment and establish position as expert on employment best practices.



Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you - AKA candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in human resources, with experience managing complex employee relations issues

  • Innovative & forward-thinking with the ability to be operational and strategic.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • SHRM Certification
  • Strong & demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Strong functional understanding of PeopleSoft & front office programs (FOX/CAF/Bullhorn)
  • Experience working for a large matrixed organization


LOCATION

We are open to both local and out of state candidates for this position.

If local (within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI) this position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District and historic downtown architecture ManpowerGroup is proud to support a flexible working environment. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (1-2 days per week). ManpowerGroup puts our employee’s safety first and requires all individuals working or visiting our Headquarters to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

If out of state (or greater than 50 miles from Milwaukee, WI) ManpowerGroup is proud to provide remote working options. This includes remote onboarding support, technology stipends and home delivery of computer and other office equipment (required by position).
