People & Culture Generalist (Human Resources) - Full Time

Quincy Medical Group (QMG) has an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Generalist to join our team. QMG is a multi-specialty group practice with more than 155 physicians and providers in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri. The People and Culture Generalist performs a variety of Human Resources functions with a strong focus on the administration of employee benefits and data analytics and reporting. This position will provide support to the People and Culture team across the various HR functions and assist in the coordination of various Human Resources programs and initiatives.
This is a salaried, exempt position. Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work location is in Quincy, IL.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills and experience to include: excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills and attention to detail; strong analytical and problem solving skills; and a working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Workday is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field plus three years of HR Generalist experience or any similar combination of education and experience is required for this position.
