HR Generalist - St. Louis, MO (Open to Remote)

*U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only.*

Required Qualifications

• Customer Service background.
• 3+ years of prior HR Generalist experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, empathize, and de-escalate.
• ServiceNow or other content management background.
• BS/BA in Human Resource related field or equivalent HR experience is preferred.
• Ability to think strategically, identify process improvement solutions for subject matter area.
• Subject matter expertise in HR discipline such as Employee Relations, Policy, Leave Benefits.
• Innovative problem-solving skills.

Opportunity Overview & Responsibilities

• Counsels all levels of leadership on Performance Management, leadership, processes, and responsibilities so they act in the best legal and cultural interest.
• The core responsibilities of the HR Generalist position is answering questions and addressing concerns as the first point of contact from US associates for all HR related matters including, but not limited to Policy and Procedures, Compensation, HR Records, Recruiting and Associate Relations.
• This team provides HR service and support on HR policies and/or practices and provide timely resolution to HR concerns.

Additional Job Details

• Ability to work remotely.
• Opportunity to support on tier 1 HR topics.
• Transitioning to a new content management system of ServiceNow.
• We work as a team and really help support one another through contacts when needed.
• Will receive detailed training to feel confident in all topics within scope.
