Part-Time Chat Support Specialist

Overview

Insight Global is looking for a Part-Time Chat Support Specialist to join their Software Solutions client remotely. More specifically, you will be joining the clients Education Services team. You will be responsible for providing superb service to our customers who are training via online chat and email. You will be handing class enrollments, troubleshooting technical issues, recommending training paths, and identifying ways to improve our overall customer experience. You'll have to use troubleshooting skills to navigate issues with our training environments. We welcome you to identify new and more efficient ways to execute daily training tasks. This Chat Support person will be well taken care of with an extensive training process on a great team. Ability to pivot and adapt is important!

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional working experience utilizing Chat Support specifically
• Proficient working on the computer (MS Office, Webex, Teams)
• Salesforce or similar CRM system experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written communication
