Job Description
Job Summary: The Part Time (20 hours) Remote Customer Service Phone Representative is responsible for handling and responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding general information, online orders, and deliveries.


Essential Responsibilities


  • Interpret customer concerns and defuse difficult situations by determining best course of action to resolve issues while upholding company/vendor policies.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure that all concerns were properly resolved.
  • Answer live calls from customers regarding exchanges, warranty, and delivery issues.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations to promote positive word-of-mouth advertising.


Education


  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred.


Professional Experience


  • Must have experience with live Chat and comfortable taking multiple chats at same time.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • 1+ Year Customer service-related experience in a call center environment preferred.

Requirements


  • This position requires individual to be available to work 10am to 2pm CDT Monday through Friday (20 hours)
  • Must be able to work some weekday holidays(i.e., July 4th, Labor Day, etc)
  • Position is fully remote


Pay: $16 an hour


Pay Range


$16-16.50
