We are looking for a Business Process Analyst - Supply Chain for our Deland, FL office!

Summary: Kingspan is growing and is searching for an experienced candidate to fill the perform the position of a supply chain- business process analyst (BPA). We need a candidate with supply chain and/or purchasing BPA experience in a production environment. Reporting to the Purchasing Director, located on-site at our corporate office in DeLand, and will travel to our various sites in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Performance will include training and supporting the purchasing team with business applications, evaluating current purchasing processes, recommending improvements, and implementing purchasing process and purchasing system changes.

Position Responsibilities

• Use Root Cause Analysis to identify the source of Quality issues and Process inefficiencies.
• Use business process modeling and analysis (BPMA) tools, methods and standards, such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), to map the people, business processes, controls and technology vertically and horizontally to understand the flow of activities and resources that perform the requisitioning, contracting, planning, scheduling and delivery of products and services to support the production schedules.
• Populate & maintain Traceability Matrix with business requirements.
• Foresee and give adequate post live support.
• Other duties as assigned
• Prepare flow charts, diagrams, and general graphical techniques to facilitate communication of complex concepts.
• Responsible for process design and improvements to improve supply chain effectiveness.
• Document Business Requirements, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate the introduction and go-live process for changes.
• Develop and train a Key User community per factory and involve them early in the process.
• Benchmark industry standards, processes, and technology solutions.
• Gather requirements, perform analysis, reengineer, and transform purchasing business processes, controls, and technology to provide flawless performance and control with optimal resource utilization.
• Lead interdepartmental activities to implement process and system changes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of supply chain related experience
• 3+ years of business process analyst experience (5+ preferred)
• Ability to travel up 40% of the time (US, Canada, Mexico)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Information Systems. Alternate degrees in Engineering will be considered with appropriate experience in Supply Chain and or Information Systems.

Skills and Experience:

• Purchasing practices and methods
• Demonstrates expertise with a variety of sources (SAP, XML, flat file, excel spreadsheets)
• Experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of B2B business processes
• Strong knowledge of material flow methodologies including sequencing, kitting, repack
• Expert knowledge in business process/life cycle management principles
• Ability to materialize concepts into a functional operational model working diligently with the supervisors and operators in the shop floor
• Technical application of SAP applications, preferable S4/HANA
• Extensive background in value stream mapping, or similar methodology Process improvement methodologies
