Job Description
We are an exciting and rapidly growing hybrid medical employment resource, providing support to numerous major medical device companies. Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our fast-paced office environment.
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO, Operations Manager, and Recruiter, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication. This position will begin with approximately two months of in-office training in Roswell, GA, before transitioning to a remote work arrangement. We welcome both part-time and full-time candidates to apply.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage meetings and appointments, considering different time zones
Proactively follow up with clients and candidates to gather valuable feedback
Skillfully handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency
Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and forms
Provide prompt and accurate information in response to inquiries and requests
Conduct research, create engaging presentations, and generate insightful reports
Serve as a liaison between our office staff and clients/candidates, fostering strong relationships
Maintain comprehensive computer documentation of activities and important details
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
Continuously enhance administrative systems to maximize efficiency
Resolve administrative problems promptly and effectively
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in administrative or assistant roles
Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to support the team and adjust priorities as needed
Energetic and quick-thinking approach to problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
Self-motivation and the capacity to thrive in an unstructured environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with MAC is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being advantageous
Pluses
Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruiting
Basic knowledge/experience in accounts payable or receivable
