We operate an eCommerce store and supply retailers with wholesale inventory both domestically and internationally, utilizing a complete Microsoft Suite with detailed live feed reporting via Power BI.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee, coordinate, and streamline our operations across seven departments, managing a team of 33 dedicated professionals. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the day-to-day operations, implementing strategic operational initiatives, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team to set organizational goals, strategies, and long-term business plans.
• Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations of the seven departments ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify areas of improvement, propose modifications, and implement action plans to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aimed at standardizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Oversee the company's eCommerce store and international wholesale distribution, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Continue ongoing Hiring and Firing of Team Members as a Manager of Human Resources and Overall Operations Development.
• Manage, supervise, and evaluate the performance of a team of 33 employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Manage ongoing training to further develop and advance current team skillsets.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite and Power BI for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on operational metrics and KPIs.
• Liaise with the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to develop strategies for improving the customer experience and expanding the company's market share.
• Implement and oversee inventory management systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processes for order fulfillment and supply chain management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the firearms or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in process improvements, operational performance, and efficiency enhancement.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Power BI.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Outstanding organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven record of managing and developing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
