Coke Florida is looking for an Operations Planning Specialist - Manufacturing to work our of our Tampa HQ area office. We are currently looking for first shift, working Mon-Fri from 8AM-5:30 PM


What You Will Do


They will support & execute the strategy for the Profit Growth Management & Planning team. They will spend a period of time rotating through the various key functions and areas of responsibility including: Lifecycle Planning, Demand Planning, SNP Planning, Supply and Production Planning.


Roles And Responsibilities


  • Support all related integrated planning departments and or other assigned projects
  • Development of business and operational knowledge through active engagement in the various areas such as : Demand Planning, Supply and Production Planning, Lifecycle Planning and Capacity Planning
  • Engage and provide support to Functional Leads to identify areas of opportunity in the processes and workflows that support the Profit Growth Management & Planning team .
  • Support the development of processes, execution and continuous improvement ideas the enable operational success.
  • Be the project support for the various assigned initiatives that required the integration of Enterprise Planning functions.
  • Provide cross-functional support by collaborating with other planning functions (lifecycle, bottler to bottler, deployment, production, transportation, field logistics) as needed to enable an integrated planning activities & processes.


For This Role, You Will Need


  • Consumer packaged goods and DSD experience valued
  • Must be willing to travel 10% to 20% of the time or as business requires.
  • Operational, entrepreneurial business experience required - minimum 5 years
  • Ability to solve complex problems through use of data, logic and analytical thinking
  • People management experience required
  • Able to build relationships in all functions of the business to represent Enterprise Planning function correctly and build one team culture with a total systems mindset.
  • Proven cross functional team collaboration at all levels
  • Able to work and adapt to a fast paced environment and manage time in order to meet robust workload.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering disciplines OR equivalent entrepreneurial business experience with proven business & people leadership
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills - with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
  • Evidence of progression in business or operational knowledge gained & applied
  • Strong attention to detail and business processes improvement
  • Able to leverage & use toolsets such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Must have strong business acumen
  • Strong self-motivation to improve capabilities of self and others through various means of learning methods
  • Able to navigate through complex business processes with understanding of upstream and downstream implications
  • Experience SAP APO highly preferred
  • Supply Chain advanced level analytics/reporting experience valued
