Centurion Service Group – a Trimedx Company


The General Manager, Centurion is responsible for establishing the sales, marketing and operational strategy of the business. This role is also responsible for establishing and driving initiatives including allocating resources, managing the budget, effectively managing resources to ensure effective and efficient customer service and delivery.


Location: This role is eligible for primarily remote based work in the Eastern & Central times zones of the continental United States, with close proximity to a major airport. Role is Hybrid: Candidates must have the ability to travel as necessary for business to client sites, conferences, seminars, meetings & trainings, etc., including to our Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the business P&L while meeting or exceeding the budget for sales revenue, gross margin, SG&A and EBITDA.
  • Leadership: Provides clear direction to ensure collective achievement of goals and objectives. Creates an inclusive environment of respect, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations that apply to operations.
  • Monitor product performance in the competitive environment and ensures products meet competitive and legislative requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Travel to business locations, client sites, meetings & conferences
  • Drive process and performance excellence through associate and leadership accountability, develop and execute management controls to ensure service delivery strategy objectives and generate customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure quality and operational excellence through ongoing performance and process improvements with preventative actions.
  • Associate Engagement: Creates high levels of associate engagement by understanding organizational and personal drivers that impact engagement and develop action plans that deliver increased engagement.
  • Utilize financial data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, generate alternatives, and commit to driving strategic decisions that maximize profitability.
  • Set high standards and accountabilities for customer satisfaction including developing and overseeing strategies for Customer retention and growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for seamlessly delivering the product to customers & driving ongoing improvement in the customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Sets clear goals and expectations for teams, monitor, and enable performance and intervene with appropriate action when performance gaps occur and provide timely, honest feedback. This includes that associates complete assigned actions on by required deadlines.
  • Develop key customer relationships and coach associates and leaders to develop and nurture existing customer account management strategies to assure customer loyalty.
  • Oversees development and implementation of new offerings to help drive business strategies.
  • Maintain profitability and reduces cost by partnering and negotiating with outside suppliers.
  • Associate Development: Identifies and supports development needs of direct reports and team members including connecting them to resources both internally and externally to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all Centurion ensuring full accountability for achieving service, financial (revenue, margin, SG&A, EBITDA), regulatory compliance, operational excellence, associate engagement and retention ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


Skills And Experience


  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Successful and proven experience to collaborate and deliver results in a fast paced, multifaceted, matrix environment.
  • Consistently works with abstract ideas and situations.
  • Prior experience with interacting with customers at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated successful negotiation skills to enable success with stakeholders, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and risk and develop plans to mitigate.
  • Lead and execute the processes that drive change across the business; leads and encourages others to adapt to ambiguous and uncertain conditions.
  • Proven success at working with abstract ideas and situations across the organization
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in a private equity environment is required.
  • Ability to be strategic as well as hands-on when necessary is required.
  • Experience in leading and collaborating to achieve ISO certification.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and drive solutions through stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Proven ability in developing and executing successful commercialization strategies.
  • Proven relationship building, collaboration and interaction skills.
  • Apply business acumen and managerial expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives across the business.


Education And Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience, with at least 7 years of people management experience and experience leading teams. Equivalent experience may be considered.
