Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives, employing your expertise to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancements and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, empowering them with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their respective roles.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize operational efficiency and productivity within the Manufacturing department.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of our company's Operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, reverse logistics, and kitting, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans aimed at improving processes, streamlining operations, and achieving cost savings.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across various teams and levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of delivering results, achieving operational targets, and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse team and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Production lines management, logistics, reverse logistics, kitting, and problem-solving, demonstrating a track record of success.
