The specialist residential and commercial construction company are going through an exciting period of growth, in order to allow for such growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Operations Manager, who is accustomed to leading a team and managing a variety of departments to ensure smooth running of business, work directly with customers and clients as well planning and material departments.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee a wide range of departments from the Showroom, Sales, Construction, Installation and Warehouse departments. You will be based out of the exquisite Tampa office where your responsibilities will include management of departments through all stages of planning, designing and construction, running weekly and monthly meetings. Your contribution will be instrumental in the upcoming expansion phase of the company.

The Role:

• Lead weekly and monthly team meetings to discuss project timelines and address any difficulties or delays.
• Oversee the smooth running of current departments; Showroom, Sales, Construction, Installation and Warehouse.
• Manage a plethora of residential and commercial projects through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality service.

The Person:

• Bachelors degree in any relevant industry; construction management, business management (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in an operations or management level role in the construction market
• Ability to travel to assigned job sites when required.
