What You'll Do:

As our Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing warehousing, trucks, hauling, and crew related operations
2. Ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all moves booked and/or hauled buy your branch
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers, vendors, and team members
4. Implementing continuous improvement strategies to increase operational results and efficiencies
5. Assisting the GM in developing and executing plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
6. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 3 years experience in operations management within the moving and storage industry
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
3. Aggressive analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
