Copy-Order Fulfillment Associate - Ecommerce Firearms Store

Full Time Position.

Schedule is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements for this Position:

• Physical Demands of position requires 7 hours standing in a 8 hour shift.
• Ability to use staircase ladder to retrieve inventory
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Content with Repetitive Workflow of Pick, Pack & Re-Stocking Product
• Shipstation work experience

Primary Responsibilities for this Position:

• Must Pick, Pack and Ship a minimum of 200 orders per day
• Use Barcode Scanner to Pick Order Batches
• Create training guides and SOPs as needed
• Use Finale Inventory Software to Refill Bins with Product throughout the Day
• Monitor shipping supplies and re-order as needed
• Use ShipStation Software to Process Orders
• Pack orders neatly and accurately

• Demonstrated ability to provide training and accurately evaluate performance outcomes
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening required
• Adeptness in acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the M*Carbo product line
• Proficiency in computer literacy and the aptitude to quickly learn new software applications
• A service-oriented approach to efficiently resolve shipping-related concerns
• Outstanding communication skills with a focus on active listening and effective dialogue
