Onboarding Project Coordinator Jobs

Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking an Onboarding Project Coordinator in their New York, NY location.

Requirements:

• Support invoicing, submissions, and tracking
• Responsible for maintaining resource roster for 800+ employees and contractors globally.
• Maintain headcount roster in complex organization (Global Technology Applications team) which has hundreds of changes every month.
• 75% of role will be supporting special projects, and will also need to support calendar management for C-suite level
• Role ensures contractor and employees are renewed and on-boarded (and off-boarded) in efficient manner.
• Bespoke reporting suite pulls together critical data points only available in separate systems throughout the firm.
• Regional and organizational trend reports provided to senior leaders for critical business decisions.
• Key responsibility in maintaining contractor system accessibility throughout renewal process.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience supporting hiring managers with onboarding requirements
• Experienced with PowerPoint, Word, Concur
• 5+ years’ experience supporting director and above leadership
• Intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
• Previous experience in banking/financial industry
• Experience managing office space restacking/ facilities coordination would be an asset
• Experience managing calendars
• Visio experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills necessary to work with project managers and senior program managers in global organization to fulfill staffing needs.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding of contractors would be an asset
• 8+ years’ experience in banking or financial services
