Centric Brands is looking for an Associate Project Manager (Customer Onboarding Specialist/Liaison). This role will be focused on the new Customer Set up Process and newly created customer portal.
Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Associate Project Manager (Customer Onboarding Specialist/Liaison) is responsible for overseeing the customer set up process for all customers at Centric Brands, ensuring all the departments are meeting their SLA’s and escalating any roadblocks that are holding up the process from being completed on time. This role will interact with various departments within the Centric Brands organization including sales, operations finance, compliance, tax and legal. The role reports directly to the VP of Operations head of the PMO.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Administrator of the Centric Customer onboarding portal
  • Expansion to other areas will be dependent on the initial roll out of this process and portal.
  • Work with Business Operations to prioritize set up if needed based on work load
  • Main contact for all non IT portal support
  • Monitor status of customer set ups in progress and escalate any roadblocks as needed
  • Hold monthly training sessions for all new hires on the customer onboarding process
  • Act as the corporate onboarding specialist for all customers set up request across Centric Brands
  • Maintain all customer set up SOP’s and supporting documents
  • Organize all vendor agreements in Contract works for access by legal
  • Provide monthly KPI’s and metrics to each business unit and department that is involved in the set up process

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary Range: $60,762 - $75,953

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
