NetCentrics is actively recruiting for a part-time Office/Human Resources Assistant to join our team! Position is approximately 20 to 25 hours a week and pays $20 an hour.

- Support HR projects and initiatives such as Bring Your Kid to Work Day, Intern program and other company and HR related events.
- Maintain and update office supplies inventory, ensuring availability of necessary items.
- Help organize company events, meetings, conferences including scheduling, ordering food, coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, ordering background checks, scheduling interviews, and occasionally sourcing for vacancies.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including managing the front desk, phone calls, emails, greeting guest, managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Manage general office duties and vendors as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Desire to learn, grow and have a curious nature.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
