Job Description

Location: Basil Ford Niagara Falls: 6980 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304!


Receptionist Compensation: Between $15.00 -$16.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume)


Receptionist Job Duties and qualifications:


  • Position includes days, evenings, and Saturdays
  • Take messages
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good social and interpersonal skills
  • Keep reception area tidy
  • Provide administrative support to management and cross-train with other departments as needed
  • Answering incoming phone calls and transferring the call appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Valid Driver License is required
