**This is an In Office Position**
This position would entail assisting the Sales Team Leaders and office/operations manager with many duties such as below but not limited to these items:
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies
  • Managing all aspects of Shipping Department (receiving & sending)
  • Providing Sales & Financial Reports to Clients via email
  • Manage office filing system (paper & electronic)
  • Assist Sales staff with Office365 and functionality (ie – OneDrive File Sharing)
  • Providing customer service over the phone and via email to clients
  • Proficient User of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and DocUSign
  • Assist sales leaders in the field with customer requests and special projects
  • Assist office/operations manager with various projects to ensure deadlines are met
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products, must be technology savvy (i.e. using Excel, PowerPoint, DocUSign, Word, Adobe, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendars)
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years of office administration experience required

  • 4 year degree
