This highly reputable, long-standing Restoration Construction Company is URGENTLY seeking a top quality Office Manager/ Assistant Controller to join their team! With their great reputation and continual flow of repeat/ new clients, they are in need of skilled, experienced and talented individuals like you!
Qualifications:
•MUST HAVE experience in office management for a restoration company
•Strong customer service skills
•Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office, experience working with adjusters, insurance, billing and dispatch
•Familiarity with QuickBooks and Docusign
•Positive attitude with a team mentality
•This position requires prior office management experience working for an insurance restoration/ disaster restoration company
Responsibilities
•Your role would be to handle the administrative side of the company, managing the day-to-day service and basic office admin
•We are looking for a professional individual who would be the right-hand person to the General Manager and a support for the office as a whole
