Office Assistant, Rca Studio

RCA Studio is looking for a tech savvy Office Assistant to support daily operations. You will be on your feet most of the day assisting employees and guests, setting up meetings, and making sure the show goes on!
What you'll do:

• Filing
• Welcome and assist guests and employees
• Track and restock office/kitchen/studio inventory daily
• Troubleshoot issues related to audio, video, wifi/network connectivity, etc
• Run errands
• Reset and clean office spaces, common areas, and studio as needed
• Setup Zoom calls, Teams calls, and music/video playbacks
• Deliver packages and mail
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Studio Manager
• Help Engineer setup for recording sessions

Who you are:

• 1-2 years of related experience working in an office, at a label, or at a recording studio
• Ability to purchase alcohol and tobacco as requested
• Excellent interpersonal communicator
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Audio Engineering experience/education**
• Ability to keep track of and prioritize many tasks efficiently
• Takes initiative and values productivity
• Great time management skills
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Proficient with macOS, iOS, and Apple TV

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$45,000 — $55,000 USD
