Office Assistant - $75k-$95k


A growing investment firm based in Beverly Hills is seeking an Office Assistant to join their collaborative team. This firm's portfolio has a focus and emphasis in the diversity space.


This is a multi-faceted assistant role that will work within the Founder's office and provide overall office and team support.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing back-up to team members
  • Scheduling, sending meeting reminders, and making restaurant reservations
  • Ordering lunches, supplies, and gifts
  • Managing trackers, logs, and expenses
  • Organizing and coordinating events and celebrations
  • Serving as the 'face' of the company and handling all front-desk reception responsibilities
  • Maintaining vendor lists and assisting with compliance activities
  • Setting up and breaking down for meetings
  • Opening and closing the office (e.g., making coffee, setting up snacks, running the dishwasher, keeping the kitchen tidy)
